Reviews and Ratings
While I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff during my stay, the hotel's overall condition left much to be desired. The cleanliness in my room was commendable, but the outdated decor and the lack of basic amenities really impacted my experience. I did enjoy some good food at the restaurant, but the service was painfully slow, making me reconsider dining there again.
My stay at Hotel St. Regis during the Motown celebration was quite a mix of experiences. While the staff at the front desk and bar were friendly and accommodating, I faced significant issues with my room, including lack of basic amenities and renovations that were a fallout from their ongoing construction. Additionally, some aspects like dining experience fell short, which detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable visit.
My stay at Hotel St. Regis had its ups and downs. The lobby had a vintage vibe I really enjoyed, and the bar staff were attentive and friendly. However, my room was a letdown with peeling wallpaper and rust, and I faced a pretty frustrating dining experience with slow service in the restaurant. Overall, while I appreciated some aspects, it felt like the hotel needs more thorough renovations to truly shine.
My stay at Hotel St. Regis was quite disappointing. While I appreciated the classic decor and proximity to the Q Line, which made getting around easy, the service and room conditions were far from what I expected. The issues with the bathroom outlet and the noise at night made my experience less enjoyable than I'd hoped.
I had a mixed experience at Hotel St. Regis. The location was perfect for my needs, being close to the Motown Museum and easy to access from the train station. However, the air conditioning in my room did not work properly, making my stay uncomfortable at times. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made a positive impression, but there were noticeable areas in need of updating.
